My credentials just came through for the CMJ Music Marathon 2007 here in NYC. The festival, which focuses on emerging bands, runs from Tuesday, October 16 through Saturday, October 20th.
While I’m sure I’m going to be exposed to some incredible new music, my highlights going in are, Band of Horses, my friends The Big Sleep, Dan Deacon, Deerhunter, Del tha Funkee Homosapien, Mates of State, M.I.A. and UNKLE.
CMJ 2007 is somewhat of a milestone for me as I started shooting music in earnest at CMJ 2006.
