Opening up the Revolution Stage was none other than New Jersey’s own Armor for Sleep. Undeterred by torrential downpours and the ensuing possibility of electrocution, the band ripped into their set with an unexpected fury. The high spirits of the rain drenched Projekt Revolution crowd owed much to the band’s energetic performance.
PHOTOGRAPHER’S NOTES
Before the shoot, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Armor For Sleep. During their set, I was continually delighted with the amount of enthusiasm the band had despite being the first act on the bill and having to play during really crap weather.
Lead singer Ben Jorgensen with his numerous photo friendly poses and ample hair whips is a real pleasure to shoot. I’ll definitely be checking these guys out when they’re back on the east coast.
